Okay Okay I know I am way behind on my days.. if i'm counting every single day as days of the challenge? Well I'm not I am just going to try and keep up and do every day when I can :)
So Day 8- List of short terms goals this month and why
Okay so these goals might be a little personal, but hey isn't that what goals are anyway?
1. Keep eating healthy! Why? well I am currently doing Weight Watchers so I am trying to stick with it and eat plenty of fruits and veggies! .
2. Exercise at least 5 days a week! I usually go to the gym and do Zumba some nights a week but I really need to get better and do more than just 1 or 2 nights a week! Why? Duh.. to get in shape!
3. Get involved in my ward. Why? well I have kind of been a slacker lately and haven't really gone to church in like a month, besides back to my home ward, so I need to go my ward and get active! :)
4. Get up in the freakin morning! Why? So I am not late for work and I look decent!
5. Cook.... anything :) WHY? (I don't really know why I want to cook) well... most that know me know I don't cook. . but I need to learn some good meals and cook dinner once in awhile for my poor hubby.
I think that about sums up some good goals for this month!
